I do give a damn!

As a child experiencing both the West and the East in profoundly tumultuous ways, I was carrying some seriously false beliefs at the back of my crazy head. During adulthood, this always got me bad results - let's just say. When I finally threw myself into Shadow Work based on Jungian Psychology and was led to the idea of Neuroplasticity (the wonderful science of the brain’s malleability and capability to reprogram*) I understood that as adults, we've all picked up some false perceptions about ourselves and the world; they are running our lives and not always for the better. We all need to heal.

I believe with all my heart that you are not what happened to you. You are who you choose to become right this minute. But even though the past doesn’t define you, you can’t deny the scars and the pain that trouble you today. Healing, then, becomes of utmost importance on your journey to who you wish to become. Reprogram* those false beliefs, one by one.

NLP Meditation

Through NLP meditation, rooted in Neuroplasticity (the wonderful science of the brain’s malleability and capability to reprogram*) we aim to find that false program/belief that no longer serves your 21st century needs and is even blocking you, then reprogram* it and replace it with those of your choice. Much healing naturally takes place during this process.
